Dungeons & Dragons at the New Woodstock Free Library

Does your day-to-day lack adventure?  Do you need more battling hordes of monsters and collecting mounds of loot in your life?  Come check out the D&D club at the library!

Dungeons & Dragons is THE name in tabletop roleplaying; it has been being played (in various iterations) since the 1970s, and it has been the inspiration for a large collection of books, spin-off games, several movies, and a cartoon series, as well as being featured in shows such as Stranger Things.

The group provides a DM-lead campaign experience to introduce new players to D&D and roleplaying systems. Experienced gamers are encouraged to attend, play, and maybe even help out the new players.  Recommended age for the group is 12 and up; all are welcome (even adults!).  Feel free to stop on by and watch how the game is played.  If you are interested in joining the group, be sure to have a library staff member add you to the list as there is limited availability.

Currently we meet Monday evenings from 6.00-7.00pm in the Exhibit room of the library.  Feel free to stop on by!
