Paul Silverstein - Woodturning Exhibit
Meet the artist on Sunday November 17th at 2.00pm
The New Woodstock Free Library is proud to present Paul Silverstein Woodturning as its final exhibit of 2024.
While many exotic woods make beautiful end products, Mr Silverstein feels that local woods have a beauty of their own and as such, ground him more closely to the local area. Much of the wood for his work comes from storm damage, road clearance, construction or in some cases diseased wood. He can often be found, chainsaw in hand, knocking on doors having seen a particularly inviting felled tree.
Come and meet the artist at the library on Sunday 17th November at 2.00pm. Reception will take place in the Gallery Room.
