Join us at the New Woodstock Free Library to learn the art of floral design with our hands-on workshop!  Patti Fowler, owner of Foothills Flower Farm, will share tips and tricks of the trade on how to create a beautiful floral bouquet.  The workshop is free, but space is limited.
